Employee Conversion: (Trial-Hire) This program allows you to try out an employee before you make the commitment of a final hire. The employee will remain on our payroll for the first 13 weeks or 520 hours, whichever comes last. After the employee has worked the alotted time at your location, you may convert them to your payroll with no further charge.
Temporary Staffing: This option is designed as an economic buffer against today’s constantly changing business conditions. With our temporary employees, we accept the responsibility of staffing specific jobs within your company on a full-time or part-time basis. If you have specific jobs or peak periods when you’ll need staffing, this program is an excellent opportunity for you to save money, time and headache. The employee remains on our payroll and all taxes, benefits and other expenses are included in our rate…all without contracts and unnecessary obligations on your part.
Payrolling: This program is especially beneficial to companies who have the luxury of plentiful applicants coming through the door everyday. What it allows you to do is just place the employee on our payroll while they are going through the company’s probationary period. We handle SUTA, FUTA, workers compensation insurance, unemployment, and etc. while you concentrate on production and getting the new employee comfortable with your system.
