Machael Durham, CPC has experience in personnel consulting in the metro area since 1987, and for an executive marketing firm in California four years prior.

She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and has served the placement industry as Certification Chair, Vice President and President of Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals.

Machael was one the first 12 validated trainers in the nation.  She is actively involved in various community organizations and associations.

Machael was most recently selected as a council member of the Area 13 Regional Business and Marketing Advisory Board.  She is a recipient of the Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal.  She was honored for the Nebraska Business Woman of the year from the NRCC's Business Advisory Council.  Machael is a recipient of the Midlands Busniess Journal's 40 under 40 award and the Corporate Achiever award presented by the Nebraska Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis.

Naichel Durham   has experience in the staffing industry since 2000.  She joined Durham Staffing Solutions in 2000 upon inception.  Naichel's involved in administration, client development and management of the field employees..

Naichel is a graduate of Bellevue Unniversity with a BA in Business Adminstration specializing in Human Resource Management and Accounting.  She is a graduate of Papillion-LaVista High School and remains actively involved within the community.   

Kori Schlueter joined the team at Durham Staffing Solutions in 2005.  She is a former owner of O'Brien's Lounge here in Omaha, which was established in 2000.  Kori has also owned and operated a distributorship business with Pepperidge Farm, Inc.

Kori is a native of Omaha and graduated from Burke High School in 1980.  Upon graduation she attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  Kori has over 15 years experience in the banking and financial field.  Kori resides in Papillion and remains actively involved in the community.

Christina Worsfold joined the Durham Staffing Solutions tem in 2008.  She supports the Durham team as Director of First Impressions.  Christina is currently attending Northwest Missouri State University to major in Elementary Education.

Christina graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School in 2008 and was actively involved in DECA, NHS (National Honor Society), Senior Committee, LEO's Club, Yearbook Staff, Newspaper Staff.  She was also the Public Relations Officer of FBLA, on the Honor Roll, and Vice President of the Papillion Mayor's Youth Council.  

She has received the Girl Scout Silver Award, American Heart Association Silver and Gold Award, Academic Letter and the Young Leaders in Service Gold Award.

Kamber Durham joined the family business at inception.  She assists the Durham team with administrative functions.

Kamber is currently attending Papillion-LaVista High school.  She is involved in DECA, Soccer, Track and a variety of volunteer activities within the community.
