What is the difference between a permanent or temporary position?
Temporary is a short to long term assignment arranged through our agency for a clients specific need. You are Durham Staffing Solutions employee.
Trial Hire or Temporary to Permanent is when you are on assignment through our agency for a a specific amount of time.....usually 3 months and then you are hired on to the clients payroll.
Permanent or Direct Hire is a position in which you are immediately placed with the company and go directly on the clients payroll.

Do you have full-time or part-time positions?
Most of our positions are Full Time...however Part Time positions are available on occasion. Both full or part time can be either a temporary or permanent situation.
